Join On-line
This service is for new members only, please do not fill in this form if you already have a library membership card.
Anyone who lives, works or studies in Hampshire is welcome to join the library. There is no charge to join.
Everyone can join on line but if you are under 16 then we need the name and address of a parent, guardian or carer.
Once you are a member you can borrow and return your items to any Hampshire Library.
To join on line, key in your details following the instructions on screen. Once you have joined you will be given your borrower number and PIN (Personal Identification Number). You can use these straight away to reserve titles from our catalogue. However you will not be able to borrow items from the library until you have provided proof of address at your designated library.
